Come and enjoy a half day of abseiling and scrambling next to the ocean without the need to learn any technical jargon.  
This Introductory Abseiling experience is designed for those with little or no previous abseiling experience.  
Participants will have the opportunity to learn about 
the skills required for safe and enjoyable abseiling.
Abseils will be easy but thrilling. Location will depend on your objectives and available time but in all cases will be spectacular. 
In this session we can also offer intro to rock climbing for those who want to experience this as well.
